Sumala sa Bise Presidente, klaro ang ebidensiya nga nagpakita sa anomalya sulod sa 2025 National Budget.
Dugang pa ni VP Duterte, posible nga wala mabasa sa uban ang 2025 budget diin adunay mga kalahi-an tali sa National Expenditure Program (NEP) nga gisubmite sa executive department ug sa General Appropriations Act (GAA) nga gipasa sa Kongreso.
Gipunting pa niini, nga makita sa NEP ang mga proyekto nga gisugyot sa Executive Department, apan sa GAA adunay mga proyekto nga wala sa NEP, hinungdan nga klaro kini nga ebidensiya sa anomalya.
