BUTUAN CITY – Daug isip Miss Universe 2025 ang beteranang beauty queens nga si Ahtisa Manalo sa Quezon Province, rason nga irepresenta niini ang Pilipinas alang sa 74th Miss Universe pageant nga himoon karong nobyembre.
Gilabwan niini ang 65 ka mga kandidata sa Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) 2025 coronation night nga gihimo sa Mall of Asia Arena kagabie, Mayo 2.
Gisundan ni Ahtisa Manalo ang pinaka unang Miss Universe Asia nga si Chelsea Manalo.
Kahinumduman nga nahimong 2nd runner up si Ahtisa ning nakalabayng MUPH 2024, diin girepresenta niini ang Pilipinas sa Miss Cosmo competition ug nahimo usab kining top 10 s amaong kompetisyon.
Niadtung 2018, nisalmot usab kini sa Binibining Pilipinas, diin nasakmit niini ang Miss International nga title ug nahimo usab kining first runner-up.
Nabunotan ni Ahtisa ang pangutanang “They say that a good leader leads by example. Tell us about one event in your life when you led by example and the impact it made.”
Diin gitubag usab niya kinig “I fell a while ago on stage. And the thing with me is, whenever I fall in life, I always make sure I come back stronger. Last year, I was here on this stage. And for the second time this year, I’m here putting everything on the stage to be Miss Universe Philippines, because this is mine and my grandmother’s shared dream. And she passed away early this year. And this is my ode to her.”
