Utah Governor Spencer Cox has announced the arrest of 22-year-old Tyler Robinson in connection with the killing of conservative influencer Charlie Kirk. Speaking at a live press conference alongside the FBI and law enforcement officials, Cox stated: “We got him.”

According to the governor, a family member of Robinson came forward, playing a crucial role in the arrest. Sources earlier reported that Robinson had confessed to his father. Governor Cox praised the family for “doing the right thing.”

Robinson had reportedly become “more political” in recent years, with family members saying he “didn’t like” Kirk. Chillingly, bullet casings found at the scene included inscriptions—one unfired round read: “Hey fascist! Catch!”

Authorities are currently holding a live press conference.
