BUTUAN CITY – Joanna Grace Salupan, a graduate of Father Saturnino Urios University in Butuan City and resident of Buenavista, Agusan del Norte, topped the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA)™ by HREAP Assessment Examination for Batch 58.

Salupan earned an impressive rating of 93.25%, securing the top spot among the list of successful examinees.

The examination, which was held both in-person and online in various locations across the country, including the University of Northern Philippines, Westmead International School, and the University of Santo Tomas, had a passing rate of 76.19%.

Top 10 examinees who passed the CHRA™ Assessment Examination were recognized for their outstanding achievements, with Salupan leading the pack. The examination was administered by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HREAP).

Other notable performers in the top 10 included Shenna Casas Cabunoc from Monkayo College of Arts, Sciences and Technology, and Krystal Shane Alignay from the University of Perpetual Help System – Biñan Campus, both of whom ranked second and third, respectively.

The exam took place in April 2025, and these top achievers demonstrated excellence in the field of human resources.

Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA)™ is a certification exam administered by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines (HREAP). It assesses essential knowledge in human resource management, including areas such as recruitment, compensation, performance evaluation, labor legislation, and risk management.
